Each session is tailored specifically for your needs. However, they are typically focused on enhancing self-awareness, goal setting, identifying and working with liming beliefs, and improving self-confidence and mental health. 

Face-to-Face or Online

45-minute session

 

Each session is specifically tailored for your relationship goals. These may include understanding what you need from a partner, strengthening current relationships or healing from past break-ups.  

Face-to-Face or Online

Two Hours +

The structure of this session will depend on your wardrobe needs. These may focus on creating a capsule wardrobe, developing personal style, targeted shopping or wardrobe clean-out.
